An off-track door isn't something to force back into place by hand. Our technicians realign the track properly and verify plumb before running the door again.
Fixing the symptom without finding the cause usually means the same problem returns within weeks.
A track that's even slightly off vertical puts uneven stress on rollers and hardware every single cycle.
Track that's visibly bent or dented from impact gets replaced rather than hammered back into shape.
Full impact assessment covers track, brackets, and any panel damage from the same event.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
Track sections are checked for plumb and level, then adjusted and secured to the frame at the correct tolerance.
Visibly bent or dented track sections get swapped for new standard sections rather than bent back into shape.
When a roller jumps the track mid-cycle, we reset it, then check whether worn rollers or a bent track edge caused it.
From a vehicle backing into the door to storm debris impact, we assess and repair track, brackets, and any related panel damage.
A track can only stay aligned if the brackets holding it are solid. We check and correct this on every off-track call.
Describing the symptom helps us bring the right track sections and hardware on the first trip.
Technicians carry standard track sections and mounting hardware for common configurations.
We check the track, rollers, and brackets together to find the root cause before quoting the fix.
The door is confirmed running smoothly on the corrected track before the job is closed out.
“Backed the truck into the door and bent the track pretty badly. Replaced the section and it runs like new.”
“Track was off plumb by more than it looked. Fixed properly instead of a quick patch.”
“Appreciated that they checked the wall brackets too, not just the visible bent section.”
A combination of a worn roller and slightly bent track is one of the most common causes we see.
We don't recommend it. Forcing a door back on the track can cause further damage or personal injury.
A section that's been bent once tends to weaken with repeated stress, so replacement is often the better call.
Pricing varies with the extent of the damage, quoted upfront before any repair begins.
Continuing to run an off-track door usually causes more damage to the track, rollers, and panel.
A straightforward realignment often takes under an hour; a full section replacement may take a bit longer.
Same-day dispatch, upfront pricing, and a written warranty on every visit.
